Check-in: There are two check-in areas at Glasgow Airport. Thomas Cook use T2 but check the screens on arrival at the airport for the correct desk number.

At Glasgow Airport there are self service check-in kiosks (located near the standard check-in desks) for passengers flying with the following airlines:

• bmibaby/bmi British Midland - please note that if you are travelling on a standard or bmibaby tiny fare, you must use the self check-in machines.

• British Airways

• Flybe

Some airlines offer online check-in. Check with your airline.

Check-in times: Please check your airline ticket for advice on check-in times. As a general guide:
Long haul flights - minimum 3 hours prior to departure.
European flights - minimum 2 hours prior to departure.
Domestic flights - minimum 1 hour prior to departure.

The Airport Information desk is situated on the first floor near UK departures.

For last minute travel bookings, Barrhead Travel have an office in the International Arrivals area on the ground floor.

Smoking Areas
No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the terminal building. Designated smoking areas are located outside the terminal building.

Left Luggage
The left luggage facility is located outside UK Arrivals area on the ground floor.

Currency Exchange
There are several Bureau de Change facilities located throughout the terminal building provided by American Express and Travelex.

Trolleys
Free trolleys are available from designated areas in the terminal building and car parks.

Lost Property
Glasgow Airport's lost property office, operated by Airport Management Services (UK) Ltd, is located in the check-in hall on the ground floor.

Weekends: 09:30 - 16:00

An administrative fee is charged for each item reclaimed.

Baby care
There are three baby care rooms in the terminal building and in addition, most of the washrooms have wall mounted baby changing units. Any of the catering outlets will be happy to heat babies' bottles/food.

You can enjoy the freedom of wire-free high-speed internet access throughout the airport. There is a choice of various providers. Just turn on your device, navigate to any page and once detected a list of available service providers will appear. Log-in to the one you have an account with or set up a new one and pay online.

Airport Prayer Room
The non-denominational airport prayer room is in the International Arrivals area on the ground floor and provides a quiet, restful place for passengers of all denominations.
